Barn Dog Distilling has created six signature spirits at our East Aurora distillery, including our varieties of small-batch rum, which is distilled four times in our one-of-a-kind solid copper pot still.

American White Rum
80 proof, in its purest form
American Dark Rum
Our freshly distilled spirit goes from the still directly into a heavy charred oak barrel, where it rests for as long as 3 years; blending with new and old before it is bottled at 80 proof.

RedBoot Vanilla Rum
Our white rum which has been tempered to 60 proof and infused with pure vanilla extract.
The proprietary recipe of all natural ingredients creates a robust, but not overly sweet aroma and flavor.
Great with any juice, soda, or milkshake!

HoneyComb Liqueur
Honeycomb Liqueur starts as our signature white rum which
has been tempered to 50 proof. From there, we combine local raw honey and an assortment of citrus fruit.
Great with tea or lemonade, and also a nice “sipper” after dinner!
